This Privacy Policy explains how AMG ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use our website and platform located at https://annamarketing.group/ (the "Service"), including when you sign in with TikTok or connect your TikTok account to the Service.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, password hash, organization or profile details.
- Content: materials you upload, create or share through the Service.
- Communications: messages you send to our support team or feedback you submit.
- Billing information: if you purchase paid features, payment details processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions performed, timestamps.
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers.
- Log data: server logs, error reports and diagnostic information.
1.3 Information from third parties
If you choose to sign in with TikTok or connect your TikTok account, we receive information from TikTok as described in section 2.
2. TikTok Data We Receive
When you authorize the TikTok integration through TikTok's official authorization screen, TikTok provides us with an access token and, depending on the permissions (scopes) you grant, some or all of the following information:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Unique TikTok user identifier (open_id / union_id) | To identify your TikTok account and link it to your AMG account |
| Profile information (display name, avatar, profile URL) | To show a connected-account badge and let you recognize the linked profile |
| Access token / refresh token | To perform the actions you requested, such as posting content on your behalf |
- We request only the scopes necessary for the features you choose to use. We do not request or access TikTok data beyond what those features require.
- We do not sell TikTok user data, share it with third parties for their independent purposes, or use it to build profiles on individuals for advertising or data-brokerage purposes.
- You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting the integration in your AMG account settings or by revoking the app in your TikTok settings (TikTok → Settings → Privacy → Connected apps). Revoking access stops all further API calls on your behalf.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Service;
- To create and manage your account, including third-party sign-in;
- To perform actions you explicitly request, such as publishing content to TikTok;
- To communicate with you about service updates, security notices and support requests;
- To improve the Service, diagnose problems and analyze usage trends (in aggregated or anonymized form where feasible);
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service;
- To protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the Service and third parties.
Legal bases (GDPR): performance of a contract (providing the Service), consent (TikTok connection, optional cookies, marketing messages), legitimate interests (service improvement, security, fraud prevention), and legal obligation (tax, law enforcement requests).
4. How We Share Information
- TikTok: when you use the TikTok Integration, we transmit data to TikTok as required to perform the requested action (e.g., submitting a video through the Content Posting API). TikTok processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing and similar vendors who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, safety of users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
- We retain account data for as long as your account is active.
- After account deletion or upon your request, we delete or irreversibly anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).
- TikTok access tokens are stored only for as long as the connection remains active and are deleted promptly when you disconnect the integration.
- Server logs are typically retained for up to 12 months for security and diagnostics.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
- Essential cookies: required for authentication, security and basic functionality of the Service. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. Where required by law, these are used only with your consent.
- You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from working properly.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, password hashing and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to revoke TikTok access you no longer need.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Delete your personal data;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format);
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing);
- Opt out of marketing communications;
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at mail@brandit.name. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also disconnect the TikTok integration at any time as described in section 2.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it promptly.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ. Where we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. For material changes we will provide additional notice on the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
